This week, my daughter has been working on a ‘TED talk’ presentation for school on 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞. She has been practicing daily to prepare for her presentation. ✨
She started her presentation with “Many people think that courage is something that is shown in the big moments, like standing up for someone or doing something way out of your comfort zone. But really, it can be small everyday actions that can change everything for you. Today, I’m going to talk about courage and how it can transform our lives in many different ways."
𝘐 𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 - what have I done to show courage this week?
The first thought that came to mind was my attempt at trying to expand my social media presence. I’m not a huge fan of posting online - it is definitely out of my comfort zone - but…
✓I joined an Instagram December push-up challenge group where we post videos each day for accountability. (Let me know if you want to join us! 💪 😉)
✓ I shared a post on LinkedIn about the evolution of my own company, Believe It Coaching & Training.
While it felt good to try something new, it still made me a little nervous!
But as my daughter stated, "it can be small everyday actions that can change everything for you.” So I will keep that in mind and keep taking small steps each day.
